How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by going to the “My Orders” section from the main menu of the PrepMarket website. To track your order in real time, simply select the relevant order and click on it.

Will all items in my order be shipped together?

We generally ship all products from an order together. However, in some cases, certain products may be dispatched separately due to their size, weight, availability, or packaging requirements.

What should I do if I miss my delivery and the order is returned?

We generally make up to three delivery attempts, usually on consecutive days. If you miss the first delivery attempt, you do not need to worry we will make another attempt.

If the order cannot be delivered after the applicable delivery attempts and is returned to us, the refund for a prepaid order will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to our refund policy.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number after placing an order?

Once an order has been confirmed and the delivery details have been shared with our warehouse for processing, the delivery address or mobile number cannot be changed.

If the order has not yet been packed, you may cancel the order and place a new order with the correct details. No cancellation charges will be applicable, subject to our cancellation policy.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges may vary depending on the cart value, delivery location, order weight, and applicable shipping conditions. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you place the order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered package?

If the package appears damaged, open, or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery at the time of receipt.

If you have already accepted the package and find that the product is damaged or has an issue, please raise a Return/Replacement request on our mail id: Support@prepmarket.live section as soon as possible, in accordance with our return and refund policy.
